
Pelican Point Tour
The Pelican Point Tour is a scenic coastal adventure to one of the most unique locations on Namibia’s coastline.
The highlight of this tour is the large Cape Fur Seal colony, where thousands of seals can be seen along the shoreline. Visitors will also see the historic Pelican Point Lighthouse, which has guided ships safely along this coastline for many years.
Along the way, guests may also spot seabirds, dolphins, and occasionally jackals along the beach. The remote peninsula offers incredible views where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Walvis Bay Lagoon, making it a truly memorable coastal experience.
Small short stops and explanations along the way makes this a very informative tour in the time available.
- Mainly consist of a relaxed beach drive with explanations regarding the Pelican point peninsula, existence, sand build up and deposits, fauna and flora , Lighthouse and the cape fur seal colony.
